Compressor-driven loading box, with sixfold propulsion.
Guaranteed high performance and additional resources at peak performance. The System 7200 produces reliably, around the clock. This requires the highest performance in drive technology. MIVEG has equipped the new loading box of the 7200 with sixfold propulsion. Six wooden skewers are accelerated at the same time, by compressor thrust, in the highest precision and speed in the MIVEG product moulds. The food in the mould is perfectly centered in the wooden skewer.

7200 grill skewers per hour. Looking like hand-made.
The result is ready-made grill skewers, looking like made by hand. Up to 7200 per hour. In one season this corresponds to a volume of 7.5 million ready-made barbecue skewers.

System 7200. Gateway to robot automation.
The new generation 7200 integrates the interface for robot automation in skewer production. In two expansion stages the Skewer System 7200 becomes the »Robotic Skewer System 7200«. This enables a fully automated skewer production. MIVEG offers these extensions customized.

1. Filling. Fully automatic, one-piece skewers.
In the case of one-piece skewers, the loading of the product moulds will in future be fully automatic by the conveyor belt. With multi-part skewers, the product mould is loaded synchronously: automatically and manually.

2. Robot controlled pick and place. The unloading of the finished barbecue skewers is weight-optimized, directly into the respective packaging.
The finished skewers are removed from the moulds in a robot-controlled manner and sorted and stored optimized for packaging. Each skewer is weighed and – depending on the total weight per package – sorted correctly.
