MINI SKEWERS WITH CHICKEN BREAST

Cut chicken breast into equal slices. As big pieces as possible, so less waste and loss when cutting. Press each layer well and firmly (no loss when cutting). Add one layer of red, green or yellow pepper between the chicken.

Cut the peppers by cutting off the lid and the bottom. Then remove the core house and cut the ring on one side. Thus, you have a long pepper slice, which can be easily placed on top of meat.

Tip: always overlap meat slices.

You can also use a slice of bacon before or after the peppers. The bacon keeps the peppers better. Use bacon, without rind and without bones.

Marinade: 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon salt, chili as desired.

MINI SKEWERS WITH PORK MEAT

Cut the pork neck into slices of equal thickness, not thicker than 10 millimeters. As big pieces as possible, so less waste and loss when cutting. Put the meat slices in the corners inwards and always let the meat overlap.

Also prepare peppers and bacon in a thickness of 10 millimeters. Again as generous as possible in order to avoid waste and loss when cutting. Also put the bacon in the corners inwards and let it overlap.

Marinade: 100 ml of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of honey, juice of 1 grated lime zest, chopped rosemary (amount depending on taste).
