The Stick System 480 with 28 mm cavity allows the butcher to make the perfect skewer. With the correct cube size of 28 mm meat and vegetables get cooked simultaneously. The vegetables stay juicy while broiling, nothing drys out.

ROUND WOOD SKEWERS

MIVEG round wood skewers made of beech wood were specifically developed for the Stick System 480. The Stick System 480 processes round skewers from 3,2 to 3,8 mm in diameter and lengths from 80 to 250 mm. The butcher is therefore way ahead in terms of variety in skewers.

FLAT SKEWERS

MIVEG flat skewers made of beech wood are (like the MIVEG round skewers) extremely durable and shatterproof. These flat skewers were also made particularly for the Stick System 480. Flat skewers for this Stick System are suitable in lengths from 135 to 250 mm, a thickness of 2,3 mm and 6 mm in width.

FLAG SKEWERS

MIVEG flag skewers are FSC-certified and ideally suited for the Stick System 480. In lengths from 135 to 250 mm, a thickness of 2,3 mm and a width of 6 mm the butcher is able to produce skewers in top quality. MIVEG flag skewers are made for meat in organic quality and filet parts.
